摘 要：Shell氣化裝置磨煤和加壓輸送單元中常出現(xiàn)一些故障，對形成的原因進行分析，并采取相應措施，從而盡可能在第一時間發(fā)現(xiàn)稱重給煤機、磨煤機、煤粉輸送等重要設備及重要環(huán)節(jié)上的問題，避免不必要的停車，保證給煤系統(tǒng)的正常運行及氣化裝置的穩(wěn)定。
