殼牌煤氣化裝置循環(huán)氣壓縮機布置防火設(shè)計的合規(guī)性分析

摘 要：論證了殼牌煤氣化裝置循環(huán)氣壓縮機布置方案的防火設(shè)計合規(guī)性；分析了有關(guān)循環(huán)氣壓縮機布置的防火規(guī)范要求和危險因素規(guī)避方法；闡述了全封閉壓縮廠房爆炸危險區(qū)域等級的影響因素。結(jié)果表明，殼牌煤氣化裝置的循環(huán)氣壓縮機布置在煤氣化框架內(nèi)的設(shè)計方案可以滿足防火設(shè)計的規(guī)范要求。

As-regularized Analysis for Fire Prevention Design in Circulating Gas Compressor Layout of Shell Coal Gasification Plant

Abstract：Author has proved the as-standardization for the fire prevention design of layout scheme of circular gas compressor in the Shell coal gasification plant；has analyzed the fire prevention code requirement of circular gas compressor layout and the evading method of hazard factors，has described the effecting factors of explosion & hazard area class in the fully closed building of compressors.Result indicates that the layout of the circular gas compressor，inside the shell coal gasification frame can satisfy the code requirement of fire prevention design.
