摘 要：針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)間歇式造氣爐存在的問題，提出改造方案。包括造氣爐本身，加焦機(jī)，相關(guān)閥門等，同時(shí)還根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要，適當(dāng)增加測溫點(diǎn)，以達(dá)到節(jié)能降耗，方便生產(chǎn)，安全環(huán)保的目的。

Comprehensive Transformation For Intermittent-Type Gasifier

Abstract:Propose the transformation plan for problems in traditional intermittent-type gasifiers，including the furnace，coke feeder and related valves etc.，and new points for measuring temperature will be added to make the gasifier energy saving and consumption reducing，convenient production，safety and environment protection.

在我國合成氨、甲醇生產(chǎn)中，大多數(shù)中小型合成氨、甲醇企業(yè)仍然采用間歇式造氣爐制氣。為了進(jìn)一步節(jié)能降耗，提高裝置的生產(chǎn)能力，特別是生產(chǎn)甲醇的廠家對(duì)造氣爐提出更高的要求。對(duì)煤氣中氧含量、氮含量均有更嚴(yán)格的指標(biāo)。絕大多數(shù)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對(duì)造氣系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了各種改造，并取得了明顯效果。
